It is located
in a sanatorium zone of Sochi and started to work in May 2003. The
three-floor building designed in mediterranean style, consists of
11 rooms of a various category. On the fist floor there are 5 rooms:
1 lux, 2 single rooms, 1 double room with high level of comfort,
1 double. On the second floor there are 5 rooms as well: 1 lux,
2 single rooms, 1 double room with high level of comfort, 1 double.
On the third floor there's a penthouse with a big balcony. The hotel
complex includes restaurant . Three meals a day cost 400 roubles
for 1 person. The pebble beach is situated in 50 meters from the
hotel . In December the big covered swimming pool located in 20
meters from hotel is available.

The double room consistsof hall, living room and a bathroom. It
is furnished in italian style, two separate beds. Windows are made
of sundproof materials.Conditions are the following: TV, a refrigerator,
Split-system (conditioner),a bathroom with the shower.
A double room with more comfort (2 rooms are avaiable):
The followng double rooms consists of hall, a big living room and
a bathroom. Windows are made of soundproof materials. It is furnished
in italian style, two separate beds, an armchair. Conditions are
the following: TV, a refrigerator, Split-system (conditioner), big
bathroom with a bath.
L ux (2 rooms are available):
Kux consists of a big bedroom, big living-room, comfortable big
bathroom and a kitchen with the refrigerator. Windows are made of
sounproof materials, there's a carpet on te floor. Bedroom is furnished
in italian style with a big French bed. Guest - roomt is furnished
in Italian style, there's a sofa, a coffee table, TV, phone, Split
system (conditioner) and a big bathroom with a bath.
A penthouse (1 room is available):
Penthouse consists of a big bedroom, big living-room, a bath and
a balcony on a roof. Windows are mae of soundproof materials, soft
carpet is on the floor. Bedroom is furnished in Italian style with
a big French bed. The living-room is furnished with soft Italian
furniturem, there's a sofa, a coffee table, TV set, phone, Split
system (conditioner), there is a refrigerator, big bathroom with
a bath.
