This sanatorium (the administrative office of the president of Ukraine) is located at the entrance of an old part of. Gagra. It's situated on the slope of mountain in a beautiful park in 80 m. from the sea There's a beach as well.

Living fund:

The main 4 storeyed stationary building includes rooms for 1 or 2 people with the following conditions: a toilet, a wash - basin, shower and a balcony. "Semi - Lux" is a doub'e room for 2 people and "Lux" contains 3 rooms for 2 people.

Treatment:

The sanatorium specializes on treatment cardiovascular, skin, brething organs, urological and gynecologic deseases

Feed:

Meals 3 times a day in a dining room of sanatorium with waiters service. Feed is various and tasty with elements of national kitchen, clients may apply fir dietary feed.

Services:

Bar, disco, barbeque house, club, video hall, library, athletic gym, exercise room, tennis court, medical base with the big set of medical services. Perfectly equipped pebble beach.
